I just subscribed to the forum mainly looking for some BFG topics!

I am a member of a small group of "40-something" guys from north western Italy, we deal mainly on 40K 2ed, WFB 5ed and most of the GW games of the same era (BFG, Mordheim, Necromunda..) and Bolt Action so I will not be very active in all the topics on the shiny news games.. but if you want to hear some well done ranting about how the games were better in the good ol' times, I am your man!

I started playing in.. oh well I guess it was 1995 +/- 1 year when a models shop keeper friend of mine gave me this big box of small miniatures he bought and never understood. It was the 2ed Epic Space Marine box and I immediately fell in love with it. Actually ESM is still my favourite GW game but for some odd reason my friends who like to try nearly everything (provided it's old enough!) are not very interested in Epic. At any rate.. we have a lot of time, sooner or later I will convince them!

What else? I am 43.. married.. no kids, two cats.. I play drums in a funky and in a punk band.. I play Tyranids, Marines and IG in 40K and BFG, Khorne in Fantasy, Orks in Mordheim, British in Bolt Action, High Elves in Blood Bowl..
