Hi All,
Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this (haven’t forumed in 10 years or so!)
SO; I’ve ended up through acquiring various boxed sets, trades and shenanigans with the following space marine "army":
1 x Captain in Phobos Armour
1 x Lieutenant in Phobos Armour
1 x Librarian in Phobos Armour
1 x Lieutenant with Power Sword
3 x Inceptors (Bolt)
3 x Eliminators
5 x Intercessors
5 x Tactical Squad
10 x Hellblasters (Heavy)
10 x Infiltrators
3 x Suppressors
8 x Reivers
1 x Redemptor Dreadnought
1 x Dreadnought
And i have absolutely no idea what to do with them! They’re currently all dressed up in their grey underwear with nowhere to go =(
Was hoping some folk might have some recommendations of what chapter/ruleset I could push them towards (fairly open in that regard) with some extras bolted on if needs be. Not looking to gun for tournaments etc, mainly playing friendlies with mates and down the local store (but would still be nice to win occasionally!) so any advice would be appreciated.

You could use them pretty easily as iron hands, since they're the top of the meta game. That would allow your hellblasters, suppressors, drednoughts, etc to move turn 1 to firing positions without any penalties.

Oof those models are all over the place. Maybe use the Tacticals as a Devastator squad, depending if the Reivers have the carbines you can mix them with the Intercessors and have 2 ×5 Intercessor squads.
For what Chapter I ain't got a bloody idea.

With that many Phobos units, your best bet is probably Ravenguard or White Scars.
Ravenguard can stack even more deployment shenanigans on top of the pile that's already built in to your collection.
White Scars have a lot of "Advance while firing" tools to let the stuff that isn't Phobos catch up.
Both have some good tools for minimizing casualties on the way into melee.
On a side note, Infiltrators are pretty expensive, very few people are going to bat an eye if you use them as Incursors as long as you're not saying "these gray Infiltrators are actually Infiltrators, those gray Infiltrators are Incursors." Same goes for the Hellblasters, and you'll almost certainly get more use out of the Rapid Fire and/or Assault guns, especially playing them as RG or WS who can let them Infiltrate or come in from Reserves.

Mate I'll give you the same answer as I always do when asked this question, and I'll urge you to follow it! Make your own chapter up. Not only will they be Your Dudes© but you'll legit be able to run them as any SM faction your heart desires, with the addition of just a few one-off models such as Ragnar, the Khan or Guilliman painted up in your chapter's colours. But if you go UM, for example, you are pretty much locked into using that army with that codex for ever, for no real reason.

Thank you for the suggestions guys =) Yeah the models are a bit all over the shop, hence the request for a bit o' guidance!
I initially looked at White Scars but ive got so quite a lot of heavy support in there which doesn't quite fit in my head. Ravenguard could be a good shout though.
I'll most likely paint them up as my own Wandering Chapter regardless (Yeah nah they're totally a Successor of a Successor *cough*)
