Converting from a 54mm reaper mini. This mini's face and posture just screamed slaanesh to me (I know, it's not the blatant nudity of most slaanesh, but there are a lot more aspects to slaanesh than sex sex sex...and besides, sometimes subtle is better) All credit to the original sculptor Werner Klocke who is brilliant. Not a ton I had to do. Left arm (needs work) wings (my own sculpt) Horns,(bitz with sculpting to fit).
