Subject: Attack Bikes and Shock Assault (space wolves)

If you are playing a unit of Swift Claws and add an attack bike. It says it is crewed by two swift claws.
Question 1,
Does Shock assault trigger for both swift claws that crew the attack bike ?
Question 2
Can you replace the bolt pistols on the attack bike with two chain swords ?
"any model may replace their bolt pistol with a chain sword"
but their are two bolt pistols on this model,,, so can they replace both ?
shock assault allows a model to make one additional attack.
So the question is,,, are both crew members considered to be two models or are they one model with two crew ?
If there is no RAW answer for this, whats the consensus on how to play it ?

As an aside, as "infinite" rolls is actually impossible even if the FAQ "allows" it, then it will always be a non-zero chance to pass them all. Eventually the two players will die. If they pass the game on to their decendents, they too will eventually die. And, at the end of it all, the universe will experience heat death and it, too, will die. In the instance of "infinite" hits, we're talking more of functional infinity, rather than literal.
RAW you can't pass the game onto descendants, permissive ruleset. Unless we get an FAQ from GW.

An attack bike is one model, thus you can replace one pistol with a chainsword, and you get 1 additional attack from shock assault.

1) No. An attack bike is one model with one stat line. They only get 1 attack from Shock Assault just like any other model. 2) As 1, the Attack bike is a single model, so you can only replace one Bolt Pistol for a chainsword. Now, you can make semantic arguments that it's impossible to replace "its bolt pistol" since they have two, but I doubt it'll hold much water.
