So, the general idea is thus:

Dark Apostle gets Benediction of Darkness, usually, slapping that on whatever Obliterator squad is in most danger. Alternatively, I might take Warpsight Plea, to make them hit harder. If I do take Warpsight Plea, I can also Conceal that squad, to make them immune to getting picked off.
Master of Possession gets Infernal Power and Mutated Invigoration, for obvious reasons.

Cutlists sit on objectives and look pretty while trying not to die.

Obliterators deploy near the middle, around the Gnarlmaw for that tasty 0+ armor save.

Epidemius sits and provides ALL THE BUFFS.
Scrivener and Poxbringer (who'll get either Miasma of Pestilence, if I want defense; or Virulent Blessing, for offense) go up with the big blob of Plaguebearers and cause havoc.

Nurglings sit forward on objectives and be annoying.
Plaguebearers go with the Heralds (minus Epidemius) to cause havoc and claim objectives.

The Feculent Gnarlmaw deploys in the middle to anchor my Oblits.

What I'm not sure about:

Warlord-who'll be it? what trait?
Relic(s)-same deal
What to do with those last points
What strats are best to use and keep in mind

Alternatively, I might do this:

Drop 5 Plaguebearers (for a squad of 25)
Add a Winged Prince of Nurgle with dual Talons
That would leave me three points shy of 2k, which I'm okay with.

you got access to 2 warlord traits, maybee you want to make your MoP a faceless commander, aka 1 time teleport for free to bring him forward with some Obliterators.

I am less experienced on the daemon side.
Further, relic if you got no idea but AL, get the anti stratagem one.

Maybee you can consider dropping a squad of obliterators for 10 Terminators, because you lack somewhat on presence and anti infantry on range.

BTW since you want all nurgle, have you considered instead of AL running the purge?

Free full rerolls would help your obliterators alot. and you can fire into melee.

Maybe drop poxbringer and epidemus for a prince? Doesn't seem like you have enough models. Actually bring the other deamon that rerolls morale, he's 60 pts and combo's with the icon.

Or redo the daemon detachment entirely.

Maybe run 3 daemon princes and 3 units of nurglings. I think you need more genuine threats on the table.

If I were you I'd drop scrivener and 2 oblits and then get a lord discord in there. He is brilliant at soaking up fire with clandestine, benidiction and miasma of pestilence. Making him -4 to hit and almost always able to get into your opponents lines and cause havoc.

If you drop the icon and 3 PB you can also upgrade the poxbringer to a winged prince with either talons or corruption sword relic. That way you have another mobile beatstick who can solve problems like elimintors, thunderfire cannons and eldar flyers.
