Say I use the Iron Hands "March of the Ancients" strat on a DREADNOUGHT (making it a CHARACTER).
Can I then make it my Warlord, give it "All Flesh Is Weakness" Iron Hands Warlord trait (for a 5+++), and then give it "Adamantine Mantle" special issue wargear (for a second 5+++)?

No. From the Relics page -
Named characters and VEHICLE models cannot be given any of the following Relics.

You could do that, but it would be a waste since you can only make use one ignore damage/feel no pain roll, they don’t stack, so one would be redundant.
Edit: as above, not available on vehicles apparently.

I thought that they DID stack. Is there a rule I missed?

Dammit, now I remember having this exact discussion previously on Dakka, and this exact errata pointed out to me then. I guess I just really REALLY want FnP to stack!
