So, this idea i had thrown awhile in my head around during the lockdown at times were i did run out of hobby material, was that i'd share my other wierd passion: Cooking.
Premise is simple:
Post your favorite Recipe, including but not limited to Grandmas magic christmas dinner or the best way to make garlic bread to how to make porridge, etc.
And your results if you decide to follow a recipe:
I'll start:
Flambierti spaghetti, aka flamed Spaghetti:
Difficulty: medium, MAKE SURE TO HAVE ENOUGH SPACE BETWEEN FRYINGPAN AND AIRVENT! MORE THEN 50 CM BARE MINIMUM
Needs:
Spaghetti for 4 persons
200g beacon cubes
0,5 Litre of tomato sauce
Cream
Following herbs (preferably fresh): oregano, basil, thyme.
Peperoncini (depedning on taste, reccomed a bit.
6-10 cloves of garlic.
whitewine
gognac.
Salt, pepper, paprika, potentially chilli.
First things first:
Start boiling water for the Spaghetti, meanwhile prepare the other ingredients. (mostly pressing garlic)
When the water boils, salt it throw the spagetti or equiv noodle variant in.
Start frying bacon in a frying pan no fet required, it's bacon afterall, when it has turned slightly brown add garlic and if you have some small pieces of peperoncini.
Add whitewine to the bacon. Afterwards add a bit of cognac, proceed to light the cognac, hence the flamed part. wait until flame has died down, add tomatosauce and herbs aswell as cream around it.
Proceed to season it with salt , pepper and paprika.
Wait for the spaghetti or noodle equiv to finish, throw them into the sauce and serve with a green salad.
Done.
Also: Not Online does not accept any responsibility for you burning down your own house, because you clearly didn't pay attention to the marked bit at the start.
Duration estimate, total time not more then 10-15 minutes really.
