The prices rise had me worried i may not be able to keep buiyng minis. I heard one of the best option to save money is to go to 3rd parties, but in my city all the shops with warhammer do the same prices as GW. What site you would consider the most trustable delivering in west europe?

Western Europe is pretty big.

In the UK I've used Dark Sphere, Wayland Games and Element Games and had no problems. There are plenty of others. I think they all offer discounts - not sure if they will send things internationally. Mail order has been disrupted due to the Lockdown but I think things are moving back to normality.

I have had really great luck looking for deals on used minis on Ebay. You will NOT always get exactly what you want, but rolling with the punches can be a fun part of the hobby as well!

I'm always on the lookout for kits on ebay that can be used for conversions as well, so that I can gradually steer my army towards the way I want it to be. Obviously this means third party models are a big part of my forces.

You might also give a thought as to what army and builds you are trying to make. Something horde like Tyranids, for example, is probably going to be more expensive than an elite group like Custodes.

Even with all that: it can simply be an expensive hobby. I wish there was an easy way around that, but to some extent that's just the way it is :-(

Don't discount the DIY approach - Eli Patoroch 40k paper craft templates are astonishingly good

On table top is my favorite for delivery to Europe ...

Try to find what you look for on second hand markets, a lot of GW stuff is sold off unopened/untouched and often at very reduced price.

Honestly, I wouldn't fret about it. If you no longer wish to pay GW prices - don't. There are plenty of superb wargames out there. Even if you just hop down to playing Kill Team or something because you adore 40K, etc.

I have more or less stopped playing 8th and won't be going forward with 9th because I no longer find value in GW's models with their pricing. It's not a crime. You can try to find second hand stuff, or eBay, trade groups, etc. At the end of the day there is a lot more to the world of wargaming than just 40K. Don't let it overwhelm you.

My local group met through 40K primarily, and now we play Old West, dungeon crawls, Blood & Plunder, old school 2nd edition 40K...we do a number of RPGs, and we're taking up 15mm WW2 gaming, etc. No point to limit yourself to one franchise when there's so much out there to try and enjoy.

Easiest method is buy used.
Take them apart.
Strip the paint off them.
Build them up again.
There are all kinds of resources to help with this and can get many things on the cheap.
Pretty sure many GW assembly instructions are readily found.
A good friend of mine put together a full mechanized company of space marines (100 guys, some 10 rhinos, 3 Preds, 3 Whirlwinds, 1 Landraider)

Hobby either costs you money or time... you choose which.

Try asking your doctor if it would be safe for you to sell a kidney. Maybe you can get paid to donate blood or semen or for being a test subject for experimental medical procedures. /s

You should honestly just stop wasting money on take-out, beverages, snacks, micro-transactions/lottery cards and play with what you have. Ask for paint supplies for Christmas and new minis on your birthday. If you want more minis to assemble or paint you can do it for your buddies in return for paint/models depending on the level of service you provide.
