Hi, Folks!

I've been reading my copies of imperial armor and i've found an issue with the rules or sheer lack of rules.

Colossus Siege Tank and Imperial Bombard.

Chimera.

Leman Russ.

Both tanks are clearly built on their own respected chassis and have their own unique guns mounted, but it's unclear if both platforms use the Colossus Bombard rules given their respected names.

If someone could clear this up then it would be great.

On moon miranda.

Essentially, the Bombard was a Forgeworld artillery unit built on a Leman Russ hull from 3E/4E.

In the 5E IG codex, they introduced the Colossus (without a kit) that was basically took the gun off a Bombard and stuck it to a Chimera hull.

When the next IG codex came out and they became "Astra Militarum" and GW instituted their "no model, no rules" policy at the end of 6E, both as a result of the Chapterhouse Studio's lawsuit, the Colossus got dropped from the Codex.

With 8E, both got merged as the "Colossus Bombard" in the FW Index book

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.
