Did I imagine this, or weren't GW going to release that as a mini at one point? I swear I saw a mini version of that fairly recently, and I'm not talking about any of the Femme militant or Hasslefree's Blanche.

@Grimtuff.
There was a similar Chaos Champion model made back in the 80s that was based of the artwork but more recently the Belladonna Necromunda bounty hunter from Forgeworld takes some pretty obvious design queues.
