Great map/artwork from one of the all time greatest WFRP/RPG supplements

Warhammer WFRP Marienburg Original artwork

Marienburg poster map.

Acrylics. Image area approx: 71cm x 53cm/28" x 21".

I painted this piece in '96 for the Warhammer Fantasy Role Play book 'Marienburg: sold down the river'. It was an epic undertaking and I put in an incredible amount of detail, adding half timbering detail to every building and swarms of pedestrians on the street. It was printed as a pull out poster map. The poster printed darker than the original artwork.

I still feel very happy with how this turned out, and know it is very unlikely I will create anything like this again.

It will be shipped in the frame, without any glazing.

I am very happy to ship internationally and have capped the cost to £65 to make it affordable.

This is a relisting to include international shipping.

I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

Spoiler:

GBP 670.00 (Approximately US $836.360 at time of posting.

Too steep for me but I was very glad to snap this book up a good few years back when I stumbled across it sat on a dusty shelf in a toy store.

We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

I have two of the White Dwarf issues that included part of the Marienburg supplment. Both on Potion square, one including Lisette Leerer the leather catsuit clad not-assassin's leatherwork shop, and the other the Shallayan orphanage with mutants in the cellar.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.
