I watched this movie in high school Latin years ago and most likely wouldn't have heard of the movie if not for that teacher. It's an absolutely brilliant comedy, very much in the same flavor of Monty Python, but not in the same intensity.

The only way we can ever solve anything is to look in the mirror and find no enemy

Fantastic play and film. Miles Gloriosus (1000 victories IIRC) is my go to name when I need a bombastic hero or general.

Huh, it's by Stephen Sondheim, I would have sworn it was early Mel Brooks.
