Having virtually no experience with fliers, and with a mind to have a Valkyrie ready for the end of lockdown I just wanted to check exactly what the supersonic rule means for the model.
Essentially the part I would like to query is this:
'Each time this model moves, first pivot it on the spot up to 90 degrees.'
From my reading of the wording, this means I could 'pivot' the model at any angle 90 degrees or less. In theory I could 'pivot' it 0.5 degrees. Is that a correct interpretation of how the rule functions?

You don't have to pivot if you don't want to. If you do want to pivot, though, you can only pivot up to 90 degrees.

Ah right, thanks for clarifying that. I had assumed that the pivot was mandatory, but the angle of the pivot was flexible.

I think you are technically correct, but your 'mandatory' pivot can be 0 degrees so...

Even if the pivot was mandatory, and you needed to pivot a little bit, you could pivot 0.00000000001 inches and not really alter your course in the grand scheme of things.
