Yes, one unit can hold multiple objectives. All that matters is that you have the most models within 3" of the center of the objective in addition to any obsec style rules your unit may have.

I believe there are some mission types where it says that a single unit cannot hold two table quarters or something along those lines. However, this is not a general rule.
