Several weeks back, I made that "BattleScribe Tutorial – How to Use in Building a Kill Team List" video. Someone asked why I didn't cover the barebones, outdated Warhammer Community Command Roster tool. I actually planned to make one a few days after I made that but RL priorities got in the way. Fast forward to today though and here it is.

SPOILER (that everyone knows): BattleScribe and Kill Team Manager are still the better tools.
