Planning on preordering indomitus, and so far all of my models have come from eBay or swaps so I have no experience with online retailers, what are some reliable places to potentially pre order the box?

I've had good experience with Dicehead and Miniature Market. I am not sure if they are taking pre-orders or not.

they're a little more expensive then some of the online markets but gamesworkshops own website is very reliable.

If you have a FLGS that would be my suggestion. As most are struggling to survive it's important to support them and almost any will ship.

I second the Local Gaming Shops now more than ever, but I’ve ordered through Frontline Gaming and was happy with their service.

A local store is good. I have been ordering from Miniature Market for almost a decade now. They usually take 3 or 4 days to get preorders up so if you are worried, you may want to try to call them first thing Monday. They have great customer service and always try to be helpful whenever I need to get in touch about something.
I have also used Game Kastle to order models, never a pre-order though.

I'll echo the suggestion to support an LGS, but if that isn't an option, Flipside Gaming has consistently been the fastest-shipping online store I've ever ordered from. They're in New York, I'm in Virginia, and I regularly receive my order two days after placing it.
