Hi there guys!

We’re HIGHLANDS MINIATURES, a lovely couple that create awesome 3D printables models for tabletop games. We decided to start this new adventure to provide more opportunities for us, the gamers. We want to create an amazing community, so you’ll have to take part on this!

This journey began fifteen years ago, when we were just kids. At that time we bought our first Warhammer box from The Lord Of The Rings and we tried to painted them, with awful results… But that was the starting point of this madness.

The principal objective of this project is to get as much as possible "Patrons-driven" by submissions of polls, suggestions and feedbacks, in order to create a "Community of tabletop gamers" who decides the products we will launch based on the needs of the gamers.

The models that we create are compatibles with DnD, Warhammer Fantasy, Kings of War, Mordheim, or with other games. The basic scale of the models are 32mm.

These look great.

You say they are 32mm. That puts them out of scale with most of the main fantasy ranges. Mantic, WFB, Warlord, OathMark, Victory, Perry, Wargames Atlantic are all 28mm.

Maybe you could clarify the scale.

It’s very simple to scale digital files to any size you want before printing. Even stuff listed as “28mm” can vary a lot and I usually do a couple of test prints to figure what size I want to print at.

Personally I vastly prefer 32mm scale because it allows you to have much more human proportions while still being paintable and sturdy enough for gaming.

Humans from ranges like Oathmark and Frostgrave look like dwarves with long arms, gigantic heads and hands, and squat little torsos.

We are still developing the Kingdom of Men and the Undead Army, two armies to be played as Bretonnia or Vampire Counts.

Hope you like it!
