Are you able to use a redeploy ability, like "Master of Diversion" from the Alpha Legion warlord traits, to redeploy a unit into a transport (rhino)?? Here is the wording:

At the start of the first battle round, before the first turn, pick up to 3 other friendly Alpha Legion units on the battlefield. Remove them and set them up again following the usual rules for deployment and mission. If you redeploy a transport, the models inside move with it.

Thanks!

No, because the rules for missions don't give you the permission to deploy a transport with a unit inside, the rules for transports do. The Master of Diversion ability only allows you to "set them up again following the usual rules for deployment and mission". Furthermore, the rules for transports state "When you set up a transport, units can start the battle embarked within it instead of being set up separately", and "At the start of the first battle round, before the first turn" is not the "start [of] the battle", which, as per FAQ, is the beginning of Deployment
Q: Certain abilities and Stratagems are used ‘before the battle’. When specifically is this?
A: The game begins when players start the Deployment step of a mission – all abilities and Stratagems that are used ‘before the battle’ must be used before then.

The short answer: No.

The 9th edition rules:
"If a unit makes a Normal Move, an Advance or it Falls Back, and
every model in that unit ends that move within 3" of a friendly
Transport model they can embark within it."

It doesn't give permission to redeploy into a vehicle that had previously been deployed. You had to have been declared in the transport before the intial deployment, then (as the rule says) the unit inside the transport would move with it. If you weren't, you can't be redeployed into it as redeployement isn't listed as a valid way to embark into a vehicle.
