Hey, I’ve been lurking here for a few weeks now so I decided to join. I used to play a lot of GW games - started with Space Crusade then moved on to 40K with 2nd Ed (Ultramarines, Tyranids), 3rd Ed (Eldar and Dark Eldar), Necromunda (House Orlok) and Warhammer Fantasy Battle (Undead). Then I stopped playing as I hit my older teens (girls, alcohol, rock and roll, etc.) but decided to pick it back up at the start of lockdown (bought the Know No Fear starter) as I really missed painting models. Would love a game but my 4 year old isn’t really a tactical match for me and my wife isn’t having any of it (she appreciates the painting at least!). When things become a bit more normal I’d be interested in getting an army together and finding some opponents here in Dublin.

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

IceAngel wrote:I must say Knightley, I am very envious of your squiggle ability. I mean, if squiggles were a tactical squad, you'd be the sergeant. If squiggles were an HQ, you'd be the special character. If squiggles were a way of life, you'd be Doctor Phil...

Thanks! Looking forward to posting up some photos soon of my Death Guard - want to finish off my Lord of Contagion for a nice "family photo"!
