Hi guys!
I just recruited my friend and he took his first step into the hobby buying a used, partly painted Craftworlds army! I managed to put together a BattleScribe list of the models, though I’m not sure about the weapons. Would you guys help us to put together a 2000 pts list so we can get started? Doesn’t need to be super competitive, the easier to play the better tbh

For a starter/learning game without being super competitive I'd suggest you play WYSIWYG for the models so that they can get a handle on what the different weapons look like, especially if its a second hand army that's already built and partly painted.

As for points, either point it up for the models WYSIWYG or just use PL for a simple introduction. Beginner games aren't going to be balanced even with exactly equal points because of the experience levels involved and familiarity with the rules.

The biggest downside to PL IMHO is that there is nothing to stop maximising the loadouts without any additional cost, but if you play the a models WYSIWYG that isn't usually a concern, more so for introductory games.

I'd say play an 800-1000pt game to start with, but look up the tactics section for eldar in 1d4chan and you'll get an overview of each unit and recommendations that may or may not be good.
