Hi Everyone,

After years of wondering if I should jump down the 40k tabletop rabbit hole I've finally gone and done it. I've been fascinated in 40k lore for years ever since I first played Space Crusade on the Amiga (that'll date me - heh). Recently I have ditched an IT career to work in a board game shop which sells 40k and Sigmar figures (another reason to dive headfirst into tabletop 40k).

As you might have guessed from my username my chosen 40k (and Sigmar) faction is the Orks. An easy choice given Orks=Green=Best.

Expect a lot of noob questions from me (apologies in advance). I've grabbed the start collecting sets for the orks and ironjawz and now wondering how I'm going to paint them given my lack of artistic talent

70+ hour weeks and being completely burned out is why I turned my back on IT. Don't miss it at all.
