Sorry if I missed then in the 9th rules discussion (thread is so large and the search failed me.) I also don't bother with the facebook site so if it was there, I missed it.
My real question is obvious, the big FAQ had rules for matched play etc in it. Such as reinforcements and turn 2 etc.
Is that just continuing over? Do we expect one of those on the day 9th launches?
Really wondering on the reinforcement stuff. The new CP based stratagem for putting units in reinforcements clearly shows they don't show up until turn 2, so I feel it will be all reinforcements, but none of the free download or such actually says that.
Any thoughts?

I never forget the Dakka unit scale is binary: Units are either OP or Garbage.

There isnt a need. The rulebook covers those rules very directly.
