Hi, are the new chaos terminator sculpts much bigger than the current loyalist marine ones? I want to supplement my chaos terminator squad and can pick up a squad of loyalists for practically nothing. Will be replacing pauldrons and heads etc. Will they stand out badly?

The new ones are much better proportioned but do not dwarf their loyalist cousins. With work it should be fine

The new Chaos termies are noticeably taller. But if you put a spacer between the torso and legs of the loyalist models and add some chains/fur/flayed skin/trophy skulls to hide the gap, they'll look fine. Note also that Chaos terminator pauldrons are a different shape to the loyalist version and will probably need some greenstuff to make them fit on loyalist arms or vice versa.

Bit of greenstuff etc is not a problem and I have plenty chaos and khorney stuff to hide any issues I just want to know that the bodies themselves aren't gonna be completely dwarfed so thank you.
