Subject: Emperors children and world eaters are finished.
Just got my indomitus box nice and early. Every army has a small piece written about them in the main rulebook. Every single one. Death guard and thousand sons have a page each. Absolutely no mention or anything of world eaters or emperors children I guess as 40k turns more and more into a plastic toy range for 10 year olds these two armies concepts were to sexy and violent to be carried forward. A real shame. I will always remember my first box of berzerkers.

This is how every edition of 40k has been. Neither of those factions have codexes yet. The Thousand Sons didn't get a specific entry in the rulebook of the edition they appeared in either, and the Death Guard only got one in eighth as they were a launch faction in the box set.
It means nothing.
