Ork Admiral Kroozin Da Kosmos on Da Hulk

So, this came up yesterday night, and I want to confirm whether we played the rules right:

There is a unit of three eliminators with camo cloaks getting shot at with rokkits (AP-2). The scrapjet can draw a line to two of the eliminators unhindered, but the last one is partially in behind an OBSTACLE with the LIGHT COVER trait.
Can the marines player keep allocating attacks to the one eliminator in cover and take a 3+ save against them (until he fails one, obviously)?
Would it be be the same if the one eliminator was sitting in AREA TERRAIN and the other two are outside of it?

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

Wounds are allocated by the player controlling the models. He can pick the model which has cover and make sv for it, until its dead.

Benefits of cover from terrain are all given to models now, rather than units. So yes, the player controlling the Eliminators can allocate wounds to the models receiving the benefit of cover until all the wounds have been allocated or all those models are dead.

This does mean that when you fire with a unit, you have to check for each shooting model what target models will be able to receive the benefit of cover.

Say you're firing with a unit of five models: two of them can see the whole target unit without giving anyone the benefit of cover, and three of them can see the target but some of the target models have the benefit of cover. You would want to make these sets of attacks separately, in case the two with full visibility end up killing some of the models that could claim cover against the rest of your unit.
