Subject: Points Values for Narrative/Open Play Only Models

My friends and I play in an absolutely non-competitive manner, but prefer the use of Points over Power Levels for building lists. Of late I've been interested in using some of the White Dwarf Goff units with my Orks, but they are supplied with PL values only. If there isn't a general consensus already, I'd propose these values:
Grukk Face-Rippa = 120 points (including wargear)
Starting from a Warboss with Killsaw and Kombi-Rokkit [70 + 10 + 10], plus some valuable defensive bonuses in the form of a 5++/5+++ and a solid Warlord Trait for krumpin'. He might not have the shear damage output of a Biggest Boss Warboss against bigger targets, but he is better at taking a hit and can clear whole squads himself once he's boosted up.
Skrak's Skull-Nobz = 22 points/model
The Skull-Nobz may pack a wallop, but at the end of the day they are still only as durable as regular Nobz. Plus, they need Grukk to be nearby to really come into their own; that and the move to HQ diminishes their overall usefulness. That said, they are a straight improvement over normal Nobz, and should have a cost associated with that.
Goff Rokker = 95 points (including wargear)
A real mean force-multiplier, I think the Rokker is comparable to a Weirdboy and would certainly be an enticing alternative were he available beyond Open/Narrative play. I'd certainly rate him as better than a Nob with Waaagh! Banner.
That said, I'd greatly appreciate some fine-tuning of these guys. This thread can also be used for giving points to any other Open/Narrative only models.

You're overcharging for the 5++/5+++ on Grukk. I'd go 110.

If it's just slightly above what would be a competitive price, I think that's for the better. Any comment on the Goff Rokker? He is the one I'm least sure of - he may be locked into the somewhat subpar Goff Kultur, but his buff cannot be blocked (unlike with Weirdboys) and makes big mobs of Boyz pretty enticing.

I don't actually know the Rocker's rules to begin with so I cannot comment on that. I do know however Nobz are considered pretty overpriced.

He has a 6" Aura granting either +1 Strength or making the Goff "No Mukkin' About" ability activate on unmodified rolls of 5+. You choose which is in effect at the start of the battle round. His stats/gear aren't anything to write home about though; normal non-Warboss tier stats.

That's really not worth a lot. 70 points max

You don't think so? I'd argue it's worth as much as a Weirdboy, and they run for 95 with the 9th edition changes. The buff isn't limited to a single unit, after all.
