So you have to pay the SR cp cost to say put a rhino with a squad of dudes in it if you want to SR them.
But do you pay that cost if you put them in say a Drop Pod? I know the drop pos is cp free but do I still pay for the guys inside?
I found the book was not exactly clear on that.

A drop pod and unit(s) inside are reinforcements, they dont cost CP. They can be deployed in a location other than on the battlefield, with the drop pod assault rule. Read the reinforcements section of the rules, pg. 11.

You don't pay for them because the Drop Pod has a rule that lets you do it without using the SR payment.
