First, you need to upload a picture to the gallery. It should be straight forward, and the only requirement is that the photos are on your computer or mobile device, so save the picture to your device. once the photo is in the gallery, find the image, and look under share this image, and find the part that says forums(should be at the top), then copy the entire image URL and past it into the post, and that's all you have to do.
