Hi guys.

Recently did my Leman Russ Battle Tank finishing off using Vallejo's weathering powders and sealing it with their pigment binder mixed with some water.
After a couple of days when it dried, i looked like the fluid had soaked up the powder and drained it towards the recesses of the model.
What did I do wrong? Did I mix it with too much water? To little? Should I not apply it with a brush, carefully dabbing it on not to move the powder around?

I am thankful for any help.

Below are some freaking huge pictures.
