There is no Raven Guard stratagem called Prepared Position.

Do you mean the Prepared Position stratagem from CA2019 (Which only applies to 8th and isn't a thing in 9th)?

What does the stratagem say? Because that isn't a Raven Guard stratagem.

From Games Workshop:

This set includes the following cards:

- 36 Tactical Objectives (including 6 specific to Raven Guard)
- 20 Stratagems
- 7 psychic powers (includes Smite and the 6 powers from the Umbramancy discipline)

There are only 16 Stratagems in the Raven Guard supplement, so I presume they used the opportunity to include cards for stratagems which had been added to the game, such as Prepared Positions.
