I have been trying to come up with a list from my collection to play before the codex comes out. I have not played 9th yet but anticipate seeing plenty of Eradicators locally initially. Also my necrons did not see much play since 7th but I want to give them play this edition. They are not optimized loadout wise and I like to play a strict wyswyg game. I could change the loadouts but have plenty of other projects and want to wait for codex. I have more necrons ready and more stuff on the sprue but no C’tans.
Ideally I want enough speed to get to the center of the board, enough AT to keep them honest, and ability to counter eradicators. I know the lack of obsec will hurt. I was thinking of maybe dropping either the tomb blades or Scythe plus minor changes to take another 5 destroyers.

Nephrekh doesn't do a lot for you. Your Canoptek units are too small to make advance and charge very worthwhile are not worth deep striking and cannot shoot after advancing. Eradicators are decent against Wraiths and Tomb Blades, not to mention amazing against Doom Scythes and big units of Destroyers, deepstriking the big unit of Destroyers could save them from Eradicators if you can manage to clear them out early. I would like to see a unit of 5 Wraiths for maximal Stratagem usage.

Crypteks and Catacomb Command Barges don't do much, a single Destroyer Lord would best because you don't have much to heal, reanimate or any infantry worth throwing +1 to hit on. Skin of Living Gold is inferior to the -1 damage trait against most things that are actual threats to a CCB, in addition, I believe powerfists will ignore your skin since they are already -1.

Triarch Stalkers don't stack, I'd advise only taking one and instead investing in other QS vehicles, more TBs or MSU Heavy Destroyers. Whip coils are awful, particle casters are amazing. Nebuloscopes are not worthwhile on anything other than tesla bikes, shield vanes and tesla is mandatory if you're running Nephrekh Tomb Blades. 12 Warriors is blast bait, take either 10 or 20. Lonely Doomscythe is lonely, a trio might still work

Why 12 Warriors and 0 Ghost Ark?
That maxes out Blast weapons.
Instead two 10 Warriors and 2 Ghost Arks?

That Chronometon works wonders. Destroyers at 5++. Also works on Murderbuckets.

The jury is still out on exactly how Solar Pulse affects the enemy, e.g saves too!
