As 2 battalions, I'll start the playing game with 9 CP.
Start with 12 CPs
Subtract and add back in 3 CPs for the Black Heart battalion with Warlord.
Subtract another 3 CPs for a Cult of Strife Battalion.
Start playing with 9 CPs

Do I have this right? I'm sure I do.

Now, how about the following? Taking the same units and reorganizing them to 3 Patrols, gaining the Raider Force benefit?
