Ninth edition has given me a large boost in motivation to get armies done for the new edition, and Ive been particulary interested in smaller concept armies just for fun.

A recent idea I had was an army of savage, filthy children, most likely played as Orks (or more likely gretchin/grots). Inspiration for this has come from various sources such as Lord of the Flies, Peter Pan, Battle Royale 2, and Where the Wild Things Are, to name a few.
The most difficult thing however is trying to find models to use as a basis for converting.
Initially I had thoughts on using Age of Sigmar Glommspite Gits with a head swap and human skin tone, and possibly also various cherubs.

Does anyone have any tips or ideas that might help me complete this concept?
