Very nice! I can tell you've made good use of washes... he DOES look a bit oily as a result, not sure if that's the look you're going for, if not an edge highlight would tidy him up.
The conversion work is spot on...I love that you've managed to work both the Indomitus and Dark Vengeance boxes in there, looking at the base
