When planning an expansion for the Forlorn Hope (my homebrew chapter) I thought of doing some features as nods to outside characters, but then that ended up taking over the concept and I decided to go full on for some South Park characters in their superhero personas starting of course with Eric Cartman.
For this I'm using a Plague Marine body which I rehabilitated into looking like a Loyalist, along with a beakie helmet and lightning claws. For the emblem I had no choice but to sculpt greenstuff, which is a little beyond my skill, but it is a rough mark anyway so it looks more or less right:
I have magnetized his foot so I can deploy him on multiple bases, the first one I'm building is one small element of the greater team that is *ahem* Cartman and Friends none other than the Dark Lord Cthulhu:
They're of course not finished, but they seem promising.
In much earlier stages is Mysterion, who will of course be a much easier conversion:
I also plan on converting this one into a Professor Timmy:
I will probably convert a Sorcerer Lord into Professor Chaos, and might turn a Guilliman into Mint Berry Crunch.
Automatically Appended Next Post: Quick note, to avoid the slur that is a certain hero's name I will be just calling him Cartman, and referring to any team as Cartman and Friends.

I've reached the finishing stages for Cartman, although I have not yet gotten the base that will be the standard size, so I'll keep posing him on top of his junior team member the Dark Lord Cthulhu:

I made a base worthy of his glory, thus the first one is finished.
Maybe he's not the hero the Imperium deserves, but he's the one it needs right now. An enigmatic warrior, a fearless slayer of hippies and ginger filth, a tireless cleaner of trashcans he is the Racoon! I have to lengthen the name because the real name is an epithet and thus filtered out).
Kenny is well underway, and I'll post more pictures of him when I have some more progress to show. I've also ordered the bits I'll need to build Professor Chaos.

A suicidally brave hunter of demons, and other things which have no life, Mysterion wields the fabled Sword of a Thousand Truths. He fights like an angel, like some kind of agnostic angel.
I could not figure out a good way to get the question mark on his head, so I used a pauldron.

Nice little project! Mysterion looks great and I like how you gave Cartman “big bones”. Is Kenny next? I’m picturing some kind of Orange Plague Marine/undead thing, but I can’t for the life of me remember what his Super Character was.

Fearless inquisitor Doctor Timothy resides in an armored and shielded repulsor chair with multiple weapons for attack and defense in addition to his own abilities as a Psycher. Based on Timmy from South Park's superhero alter-egos Doctor Timothy and Iron Maiden. Built with Artel W's Mr. Chair mini with a Sentinel's sawblade attached since Timmy is a pretty active brawler so would engage in the vanguard of the battle.
I've started work on Professor Chaos, and I'm doing him with a couple of minions.

While I do not yet have Professor Chaos ready (still waiting for the head to arrive) I have finished one of his minions. I know there is no directly equivalent in South Park to this, but it keeps with the superhero theme and I made his helm bright silver to designate him as part of Professor Chaos' army of destruction. Miniature like Timmy is from Artel W.
It came with multiple hands, so I magnetized them so he could have this flamer as a variant.
And just to keep things simple I glued the tank to his back.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights! The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.
After months of waiting for the parts, and being out of town for a couple of weeks, I have finally had the time to finish Professor Chaos (aka Butters).

Wow, that turned out really good! I look forward to seeing more like this!

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

The Dark Powers have promised Butters supreme power if he can find a plot not yet done by the Simpsons. In this impossible task he has devastated countless worlds. After each failure he hears their baleful whispers in his ear: "Simpsons did it, Simpsons did it."

Just finished Mintberry Crunch. The lost Primarch of the 11th Legion, the Emperor banished him for having an embarrassing theme, but now in humanity's darkest hour he has returned to 'bury' their enemies to shouts of "Shablagoo!"

The minions of Professor Chaos can be as fearsome as they are adorable, the Chaos Hamsters lead spearheads of his traitor forces which few can even hope to oppose let alone stop. This can also be run as a Warhamster, or a Guinea Helbrute:
And a side by side of their creator and the inspiration for him:

That Team Chaos group shot is wonderful, man. This is a great little project that you've started here and have produced some really characterful minis that all nail their inspiration.
Good luck with the next additions, can't wait to see where you take this!
Most of these took a lot of inspiration as I looked for parts and imaging what was within my capabilities for green stuff sculpting, but in this case it was just a matter of seeing the right models (the Ad Mech Pteraxii). Thus I present the Human Kite and the Human Kite 2 (aka Kyle and his cousin Kyle). The bases I went for a tropical beach theme, and hope they came out alright.

With the South Park 40,000 franchise well established and entering Phase-3, I finally feel comfortable enough to add a female character. Wendy Testaburger aka Call Girl is a naval liason who calls in orbital strikes like no one else. Don't worry, we won't risk giving her her own movie for like ten years when it won't even matter anymore.
Based on a Raging Heroes miniature but with the extra phones added around her waist.

Not really a conversion, so much as just adapting an existing mini as Bebe Stevens and making her a pyscher since the character like pyschers is both gifted and cursed with a power beyond her control.
I am working on a Mr. Slave penitent engine, but after that I'll probably give this project a rest till I get a strong idea for more.
