Finally read thru my BRB. First game today:

- Deny the Witch (I'm talking psychic powers, NOT psychic actions): It no longer has a range?

- Strategic Reserves: If I use a strategem like ”Tellyporta Strike CP=2" to place a a Battle Wagon (PL=13) full of 15 Lootas (PL=15) into StratRsrv do I pay that CP (2@PL=13 and 2@PL=15) in addition to tellyporta strike? So a total cost 6 CP? Note that "Tellyporta Strike" says 2 CP for transport with embarked units.

For the latter, that's only if you use Strategic Reserves for walking onto the board-units that natively have reserves (Terminators, Crisis Suits, most GSC units) can use it for free, and using a strat that gives Deep Strike or similar only costs what that strat says.
