Just a quick series of photos on a really easy way to put flayed ones on the table using basic warriors (we all have lots of warriors thanks to indomitus, right?)

- consider hunching some over hplastic glue may help soften the spine)
- chop the hands off at the wrist. Then glue on blades. I used chaos lightning claw blades, because I had a bunch from a raptor/warp talon kit... and they look scary. I did trim off any rivets though.
- make the thinnest greenstuff or miliput (I used miliput) that you can and start draping irregular shapes of it over the model
- the rest is painting!

I also did a conversion with only Indomiuts (since I don't have so many extra bits).
I cut the arms out of a thrall (basically along the outer circle and then cut down as needed) and filed them to fit into the warrior arm sockets. The skin was made the same way of course.
If you want to see, I can link my picture, but I won't do that without asking in another persons post.

Quick and easy blood/gore:
Put a blob of PVA glue on the area to be gore-ified. Add a blob of superglue. Wait ten seconds, then mix it together with a toothpick. You can pull it in ways to look like dripping gore, and it has a very nice texture to it.
