"Estimated to arrive during August". ...well, August is near enough to over that if this were true, GW would have told us about it through Warhammer Community by now.
I strongly doubt this is actually a reprint, but they could well have some copies coming from the made-to-order run that were delayed for whatever reason, or perhaps being replaced by returned stock.

Yes, a restock for independent stockists was slated to be inbound around this time of the month, this was mentioned by Element Games some time ago.

Ah. So it's likely an order for stock placed a few months ago that they're now selling up prior to its arrival; rather than a fresh reprint from GW.

The Loot Room is, I think, Outpost. So pretty reliable IMHO
