So! I've been gifted a handful of the Citadel 'dry' paints and a few of them are, well... dry.
Usually it's just a matter of slowly reintroducing a similar medium into the mix to bring most acrylics back to life (that haven't come COMPLETELY dry) but my attempts at using a few different acrylic mediums have completely failed.
Any advice?
get a acrylic 'thinner medium' (metallic medium' for metal colors) from your local Hobby Lobby, add some distilled water and stir with your hobby jewelry/sculpting tool, repeat and let the thinner medium set until it works.
