First off I hope this is the right board for it, but seeing as others ask for certain minis, I guess it is.

So I want to paint a squig.

I don't play the game and don't need a full army, which means I would be content with 1. Money is also pretty tight most of the time.
I wanted to ask aside from STL files (since I don't have a printer or know anyone who could do it for me) and the 3 from Kromlech (which will be probably my go to if there is nothing else), does anyone know of a good offbrand Squig? It's hard to search for them, since third party can't use that name for obvious reasons.

Also the reason why I don't want to buy the GW ones is simply the amount. I don't need a full squad and the bigger ones that come with smaller numbers are pretty pricey.
I already set search agents on ebay and my local secondhand site, but doesn't look like they get sold a lot.

edited cause I thought of Squids and of course wrote Squid instead of Squig XD

Wargame Exclusive do some cyborg ones. I thought they had some normal ones as well but I can't spot any.

And there's an older Dakka thread about alternatives here.

Aw man, thanks, forgot about Wargame Exclusive, since I only used them for Chaos stuff before.
They look great, but sadly I want to paint them because they are not metal, so those would be the opposite of why I want to paint them.
Gonna check the old thread.
