only minor comment I have is that the cloak may need another coat of matt - on a couple of photos there's a slight sheen on it that spoils it a tiny bit.
can i ask why you used the cloak & gold colour on the base? I'm not sure it works but probably looks better in person.

Looks awesome except the old man head-it is something I cannot like on a Custodes mini.
