i thought that kit came with the Astra Militarum tank accessory sprue?

I believe that all the top hatches are universal but i haven't done any of the 'cult' kits yet so am not 100% sure.
looking at the GW site, it looks like this sprue no longer comes with the tank kits, which is a bit of a gak move imo.
