So, I've got a spare copy of the old Space Hulk librarian that's been sitting in my bits bin for years, and it's finally time to use him in a project: I haven't used a librarian in ages, certainly not since the Marine librarian disciplines got a pile of options. I'm curious, before I build him, how do people think I should set him up?

This is for casual gaming, but I'd still like to run reasonably effectively. As an Ultras librarian (running Astral Claws as an ultra successor, which means no primaris or characters, but with AC characters), probably with a force axe (since I like the original's weapon), what should his non-force weapon gear be? (bonus non-modelling question: any particular powers that fit role/flavor?)
