In the FW indexes a lot of stuff has the <Conclave> instead of <Craftsworld> keyword. Is there any actual rules for Conclaves or is it just a dead keyword?
I do not see the <CONCLAVE> keyword in Index Xenos 1. Are you referring to the WARLOCK CONCLAVE and WARLOCK SKYRUNNER CONCLAVE keywords? If so, those are the specific unit names.
