Today I picked up the Store Anniversary Mini Sgt. "Ripper" Jackson. Normally there is nothing much to congratulate GW about but this model is imo as fine as it's predecessors in the form of Marbo & the Carl Weathers character. Good job, GW!

So there is hope that maybe we see more great Catachan characters in the future such as Ventura or Kilgore.

I definitely want to be picking up this model. I'll be keeping an eye out on the webstore for it.

More Catachan characters would be nice, though a resculpted Infantry box would be even nicer. We can live in hope

I feel like if they did more unique model takes like this rather than the obligatory primaris lieutenants they've spammed so far, it'd be great. Even the exclusive sisters models have been pretty awesome so far and althought too expensive for my tastes, the Red Gobbo wasn't bad either.

I'd love it if they released a plastic Striking Scorpion that has a more direct homage to the Predator.

Karandras is as close as you can get to a Predator in 40K.

If they ever redo a Catachan grunt sprue then there should be additional stuff like the Genestealers have in the form of the "breeding pool" or whatever this thing is supposed to be.

So how about a couple of booby traps like a pit with sharp sticks or a plushie rigged with a couple of frag grenades?

I hadn't thought of that, but yeah, would be cool.

What I'm hoping for from an Imperial Infantry sprue is that GW take some learnings from the Genestealer Cult boxes. So more weapon options like shotguns, a bolter, and a load of special weapons. I'm sure most Imperial Guard players would love more access to plasma guns.

Sure, the Command Squad box is nice but the Infantry boxes do need this upgrade.
