A few weeks back I got myself a bullgryn kit and, instead of buying a second one, I bought a much cheaper box of bloodbowl ogres. With some hacking, chopping, greenstuffing, greeblying, this is what I was able to come up with:

The thirdone was a more complicated conversion, had to completely change Nork Deddog's armor and make it fit the new torso. Also, a dumb-looking skull pin
