I have run a White Scars army forever, even before they had anything like a book, or rules, but just some fluff and such. (I was country before country was coo...oh man, sorry about that.)

In any case, my army has the standard Mongel hats, clothing etc, and...Bare heavily muscled arms. Generally using Ogre kingdom bits. (see below for examples) It isn't perfect.

In any case, I am debating switching my classic scout conversions to Incursors and Infiltrators on the table (not for game effeciency, that's not where my groups sweet spot it).

I do not have the models. Are they convertible this way? Head and arm swaps?)
Anyone have links to suitably scaled arm bits?

I never forget the Dakka unit scale is binary: Units are either OP or Garbage.

The Ork kits will probably be your best bet for space-marine scale bare arms, though they won't be as heavily muscled as Ogre bits!
