The Brood Brothers units found in the codex (e.g. Brood Brothers Infantry Squad) have the Cult Ambush rule, and thus can utilise it. BROOD BROTHERS units brought as part of the Brood Brothers rule allowing an Astra Militarum Detachment do not gain the cult ambush rule.
