Is there a single place that has all of the latest points costs for all Ad Mech units? Or is it spread out over several publications?

I have the Ad Mech codex but its from early 2019. I'm also trying to get the costs and abilities of the new units.

The munitorium field manual (sold with the Chapter Approved: GT 2020 Mision Pack) has current points. Except loyalist marines and necrons, because new books.

I suppose my question would be this, does GW let people know this is where to find these things? I mean, if I didn't come here to ask people, how would I know?

Just kinda feels like they make this information hard to find.

The answer to that is "Sort of".
1) They talk about it in the days leading up to the newest Chapter Approved volume.
2) It's mentioned as one of the features in the item description of Chapter Approved 2020. Unfortunately this item is hidden away on their site under "Ways to Play", Matched Play..... Here's the link:

3) You could always give their App a try..... I wouldn't recommend you paying for that though. You're $ will be better spent on more models, supplies, or even just lunch.

If you're playing with any experienced player they'd point you in the right direction. Or they'll recommend using the Battlescribe app - wich is free AND works (as opposed to GWs app).

If you're playing with similarly inexperienced players? Then you'd most likely be using the points in the back of your codex, be happy enough, & notice no difference in your games.

I assume their newest reasoning/excuse is that's because they want you to use their App.

Every few months you'll want to check back in on the FAQs/errata/Downloads for both the general rules & your army there on the Community page. Why? Because 40k is not a stable rules set & GW will change things. Pts will go up, pts will go down, they'll make up new rules, they'll issue errata for stuff that a special needs monkey could've predicted needed changing before it got sent off to the printer....

I appreciate the welcome, it's more of a welcome back. I've been playing Bolt Action for the past few months while my Ad Mech collected dust. I was wanting to play them again and I was having trouble finding their latest points costs, which brought me here.

Regarding the rules for new units that were released since your Codex - and there have been a few - I believe Psychic Awakening: Engine War has them all printed together, but the rules may also be provided as part of the assembly instructions for the kits.

I'd double-check the latter with someone who has bought those kits, though. I'm not aware of another legitimate first-party source for those rules, other than possibly subscribing to the app - and, as ccs pointed out, that's not something we can really recommend in good conscience at this time.
