So, with October being the unofficial month for Orks and a quarantine coming together, I got lots of Ork stuff done. Well... some stuff done. Namely some Ork warbosses. I never cared for GW's warbosses, never really had enough character for me. So once in awhile, an idea floats through my head and I take a go at it.

This first one was a spur of the moment kind of deal. I found the model on Ebay and I thought, with a gun and a few more trophies, you have a pretty good base for a bad Moons warboss. I wanted to give him a pet squig, but unfortunately the base didn't have nearly enough room. But putting him on a separate base might have been a good idea. Now if I want to add an attack squig, I can just run beside any warboss I have. Hopefully no one is a stickler for the rules.

Now this second guy I have been thinking about for awhile. The ogryns make a decent base model, if perhaps a little long in the legs. But those shields, that's what I wanted! I wanted a warboss that felt deserving of that4+ invulnerable save that the Bad Moons can get. Something that feels like a walking tank without using mega armor. Big and Loud. Like a proper member of the Bad Moons. I also had a spare arm from the Artel W warboss and it seemed like a perfect fit for me. Over all, I think this turned out the way I wanted, which is always a satisfying feeling.

C&C is always appreciated and a vote is welcome too.

I like 'em!

Very grimy, with proper choppy weapons. Very well done!

Clocks for the clockmaker! Cogs for the cog throne!

Well done! Very gritty and proppa killy, I like that you're using Grumlok from Warhammer Online (rest in pepperonis) as I've always liked the model and you've done a great job 40k'ing him up.

Love em both! Very grimy, very Orky. We don't see enough Bad Moonz around these parts.
